Q. What is one productivity app, gadget, or tool you use consistently? 

Canva and Timetree

Q. How do you practice self-care in your life? 

Having my nails done, or spending time indoors with a bunch of snacks and cartoons!

Q. What is one pet peeve of yours?  

Lateness, disrespect for people’s time.

Q. What is one thing you love about yourself?

My brain is full of ideas, no matter what the topic or field I can happily put ideas and solutions together!

Q. What is one thing that makes you laugh hard? 

Dry humor and dad jokes.

Q. What is one thing about you most people don’t know? 

I am socially awkward and dislike crowds.

Q. What is one cause or initiative you believe in and support? 

Mental health and body positivity; I follow a bunch of pages and platforms that speak out about issues around this, and of course I am working to build my own (@AtypicalAfrican)

Q. What is one way you practice kindness to women in your life? 

Check-in calls. We tend to assume that our friends or the people around us are doing okay, because they are achieving great things. When a friend’s name pops into my mind, I give them a brief call to ask how they are ‘really’ doing. 

Q. What is one personal or professional development resource (book, podcast, course, video, song) you recommend? 

The Bible App gets me through numerous hurdles and there is a plan or reading for almost ANY situation, be it personal or professional.

Q. What is one of your favorite mantras or quotes?
