Joy Williams is a prolific writer and an elocutionist with the personal brand  Elocution with WealthyBelle whose sole purpose is to eradicate the vile use of the English language in Nigeria and Africa at large. She holds a BA in  English language from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Joy believes that proper communication, whether spoken or written, is one of the factors that sustain any successful organization and living. She has worked as an English diction expert and has garnered over 12 years of experience handling over 20 schools across Nigeria. In addition to her extensive communication skills, she has authored several books including What To Do While Waiting: A Guide for the Single Lady.

Joy is a trained Ebook Publisher, is certified as a Radio/TV Presenter and she is passionate about women in general. She is a farmer, a book editor, a voice-over artist, and a serial entrepreneur.

Q. What is one productivity app, gadget, or tool you use consistently?

Oh wow, not sure i can pick one, generally every Social Media App/ my android phone/laptop is an amazing team player to my productivity.

Q. How do you practice self-care in your life?

I detach from my immediate environment by spending time with my friends and family, pray, dance, sing out loud, and lend myself to help others out with the vicissitudes of life they are faced with.

Q. What is one pet peeve of yours? 

One of my pet peeves is certainly the lack of discipline generally, no long talk, i can’t stand this.

Q. What is one thing you love about yourself?

My unbelievable strength through any struggling situation, a reminder that i am indeed a strong woman.

Q. What is one thing that makes you laugh hard?

Memes! it gets me always.

Q. What is one thing about you most people don’t know?

I break down and cry too despite how strong/tough I look and show.

Q. What is one cause or initiative you believe in and support?

Women! Single women!

Q. What is one way you practice kindness to women in your life?

 I talk to them about their future and current way of life and ways of improving on them, i make myself an available shoulder and cheerleader for them.

Oh, my book What To Do While Waiting: A Guide for the Single Lady.

Q. What is one of your favorite mantras or quotes?

There is only one place to go when you hit rock bottom and that’s UP!
