Nwanyibuife Adaeze Ugwoeje

Agile Project Management

Nwanyibuife Ugwoeje is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and has managed more than $50 million worth of programmes & projects in education, gender, healthcare, justice, and tech.

Her expertise lies in project scaling, facilitation of multi-stakeholder workshops, and capacity building of project/program teams, healthcare professionals, and young career women. She has done this in partnership with national governments and international partners across 10 countries for over 6,000 people, driving positive behavioural change for social development. Her multi-country polio surveillance program implementation efforts contributed greatly to Africa’s milestone of becoming polio-free in 2020.

Nwanyibuife is the founder of DYGL Africa, an upskilling company that provides executive coaching for Senior Managers and corporate training sessions for African teams. Her mission is to ensure more skilled African professionals are in global management and leadership positions within the public and private sectors. She hosts a monthly LinkedIn professional development series where she discusses her experiences and lessons learned.

Nwanyibuife also loves to speak on building high-performance teams, the intersection between technology and social inclusion, health systems strengthening, women’s empowerment, and partnerships for impact. She is a lifelong student of the Japanese philosophy of Kaizen and the Chinese principle of Wu Wei, which focus on continuous improvement over time and aligning with the flow of nature to achieve harmony, joy, and peace.

Noelle Uloko

Agile Project Management

Noelle Uloko has over 7 years of experience in project management, talent recruitment, business planning, financial analysis, and operations.

This gives her the breadth and depth of experience she needs to quickly understand her clients’ businesses and come up with the best solutions.

Since 2016, she has held management positions responsible for project administration and management, development cooperation policies, operations, administration, and management of staff resources and project trainings. She currently manages the Young Impact Associates (YIA) Project of the MasterCard Foundation’s Young Africa Works Programme for the Nigeria Impact Partner Organisation (IPO).

Iheanyichukwu Uzoma

Agile Project Management

Iheanyichukwu Uzoma is a Program and Project Management professional and enthusiast with over 15 years of professional experience, mainly in the practice and development of project management capabilities.

With a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering Management from University College London, he has enjoyed a successful career in project management and holds PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, and MSP certifications.

He has excellent people management, work plan formulation, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and capacity-building abilities from his years in technical project management and programme management. He led the introduction of a bespoke PRINCE2 project management approach at eHealth Africa and successfully trained and coached over 25 certified PRINCE2 practitioners. He oversaw many initiatives at eHealth Africa as a Technical Project Manager for GIS and Data Analytics and later as a Program Manager for Emergency Preparedness and Response (with projects that actively supported the Global Polio Eradication Initiative and helped Nigeria achieve its WHO-certification as polio-free in 2020).
Iheanyi currently works as an Assistant Locality Manager with one of the NHS Integrated Care boards in the U.K, facilitating the planning and delivery of the COVID-19 vaccination programme across the locality.

Sandra Obianwuzia

Agile Project Management

Sandra Obianwuzia, a trained project management and business analysis expert, is a Lead Business Analyst at Horne (a US professional services organisation) and a freelance Product Manager and Business Analysis Consultant for startups.

She loves using technology to address business challenges and mentoring those who want to do the same.

Sandra has 8 years of IT and non-profit experience. She has led cross-functional teams on software development, business process optimization, and community development initiatives in fast-paced situations. Agile project management and business process improvement are her specialties; this enables her to figure out what a business really needs and put in place digital solutions that are useful, innovative, and successful. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus, and a Master of Science in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University of London, England. She is also PMP and CBAP certified.

Sally M. Williams-Bockarie

Agile Project Management

Born and raised in America but a first generation Sierra Leonean, Sally Williams-Bockarie is a Public Health professional with over 18 years of experience including expertise in Project Management and Nutrition.

She received her B.S. in Public Health from West Chester University (United States) and it was there that she developed her passion for the field while studying abroad in Rural Mexico and Africa focusing on Community Health. After graduation, she went on to pursue her Master’s in Public Health and then rose through the ranks as a Public Health Official for 15 years. In those years, she spent 10 years at the United States Food and Drug Administration (USDA) as a Consumer Safety Officer and then a Senior Program Manager, responsible for managing 11 work groups. She went on to pursue the area of Project Management and received a Master’s in the field from George Washington University. Over the last 6 years, Sally has been focused on Project Management and health systems strengthening in Sierra Leone and the United States.

She is a wife and loves to travel with her husband. She is also a professional fitness instructor and teaches workout classes in her free time.

Vivian Odezugo

Agile Project Management

Vivian Odezugo is a public health system strengthening consultant with 8+ years of experience in health systems strengthening and transformations. She is currently a consultant with UNICEF, supporting an innovative Last Mile Delivery design across select countries.

Within this engagement, she supports the introduction of a new project which aims to support countries in implementing contextual supply chain designs at the last mile to ensure vaccine availability and improve immunisation performance.

For the past nine years, she has worked with various organisations, including UNICEF, the Busara Centre for Behavioural Economics, eHealth Africa, McKinsey & Company (Secondment Program), Solina Centre for International Development, and Sydani Group. Central to working with these organisations are varied experiences in project/program management, from conceptualization to implementation.

Vivian earned a Master of Public Health in Medical Demography degree from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Demography and Social Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner.

She loves dogs, all kinds of music, dancing salsa, and travelling to new places.

Tobi Ransomed is a passionate and experienced educator who enjoys working with children, teachers, parents, and the larger community (including government stakeholders) to provide quality education.

She has over 12 years of demonstrated professional experience in education in the development, humanitarian, and private sectors in Nigeria. She has a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Studies from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom.

In the course of her career, Tobi has managed and worked on education projects funded by donors such as GAC, FCDO, ECHO, GIZ, the Norwegian government, the Dutch government, and EU DEVCO. She is experienced in project management (planning and implementation) of complex and multi-thematic projects in international organisations and volatile/high-security contexts. She is also skilled in partnership management and stakeholder engagement with CBOs, NGOs, INGOs, community leaders/structures and government stakeholders at various levels.

Among other things, Tobi has contributed to the development and implementation of thematic strategies relevant to various projects/donors such as gender equality and inclusion, education, and child protection, which have improved the quality of program implementation. She has also led the capacity development of teachers (formal and non-formal) to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
